Storage costs, moving towards more renewables & the continuous upgrades to our grids infrastructure results in hundreds of millions of dollars in new tariffs being passed down to us every year as consumers to ensure the grid is stable enough to meet the ever-increasing demand in the ERCOT market.

We look at doing future procurements, regardless of when you expire, that allows us to hedge the futures market with multiple power purchases all at the same time in order to not only get a significant break on pricing, but also implementing language that protects you as a consumer.

We integrate clauses in our clients agreements that allow us to re-negotiate rates together in case the market does incur a dip in the future, giving our clients the ability to not be "stuck" with a rate.

So, to simplify further, you're placing a cap on the most you'll pay so you can budget your business effectively while also having peace of mind that you won't miss out on any low markets in the future by being able to re-negotiate the rate real-time.
